Are there restrictions to foods/drinks during pregnancy?

Are there restrictions to foods/drinks during pregnancy?
  • Please limit fish intake to 1-2 times a week.  Certain fish can contain high mercury levels, especially large fish like shark, swordfish, and albacore tuna.
  • Avoid sugar substitutes
  • No alcohol
  • Limit caffeine to a minimum or not at all.
  • Try to avoid raw foods or processed lunch meats
